Spray Acrylic Texture Coating System is suitable for interiors & exteriors. This is convenient for upgrading the appearance or rough surfaces while providing long lasting protection combined with great economy. This Texture Coating system combines decorative and protective functions with abrasion resistance, making an ideal exterior and interior finish for commercial and domestic applications.

Product Description

These Texture finishes will give maximum water proofing to the structure because of its coating system. This will be available in single colour and multi colour finishes. Applying different spray techniques can produce variety of texture styles. Spray Texture can be washed or scrubbed using normal house hold cleaners and detergents. This is a water-based system for applicator safety and ease of use. To achieve indicated performance, surface preparation must be carried out according to the company recommendations. The surface must be free from dust, dirt, grease, oil and other contaminants that may interfere with adhesion. Fresh cementitious substrates should be left for 14 days before coating. This Texture requires a primer coating. The single colour system consists of 4 coats(First coat will be primer & Second coat will be Spray Texture and the other two coats will be Acrylic or Semi-Acrylic water Based paint coating).

Surface Preparation

Surface Preparation is the responsibility of the Builder, Renovator or Main Contractor and the Applicator. To achieve the indicated performance, surface preparation must be carried out according to company's recommendations. The surface must be free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, mould, release agents, bond breakers and any other contaminants that may interfere with adhesion. Fresh cementitious substrates should be left for 14 days before coating. There must be less than 15% moisture in the surface at the time of coating to ensure optimum coating performance.

Stone Finish in Multi-Color

Stone finish is a high-build acrylic texture coating system spray-applied to give a stucco-like 2mm texture, which will be available in single and multicolor systems. Trowel applied to give a stone-like 2mm texture, which will be available in single and multicolor systems. These finishes may be over coated with water based or solvent based clear lacquer.

Stone finish is a convenient system for creating a protective and aesthetically pleasing texture finish for most cementitious substrates.
This offers a choice of finishes which may be left in a matt texture or over coated by a clear lacquer.

Top Coat is based on pure Acrylic polymer, which is dissolved in a solvent medium.

Areas of Application

"Granite Finish Flakes” is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It offers easy application, unlike real Granite and can be used in nooks, corners and contours. Also the weight on the building is effectively nil, when compared to actual Granite Stones.
